About this policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use the Gillam Construction website, gillamconstruction.ca. We are a construction and renovation company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. If anything here is unclear, get in touch using the details at the bottom of the page.
The contact form
The form on our contact page asks for your first and last name, email address and phone number. It also asks about your project: the project type, a description, whether you have a designer or plans, whether it is an insurance claim, and how you heard about Gillam. You can also give us your street address, city, province and postal code, your budget, the name of whoever recommended us, and any additional information, but those are optional.
We use this information to understand your project and reply to you. Because your submission reaches us as an email, please only include details you are comfortable sending that way.
What happens to your submission
When you send the form, it goes by email to Gillam Construction at [email protected]. Our reply goes to the email address you entered. The website itself does not store submissions. They exist only as that email. The email is sent through Cloudflare’s email service.
Spam check
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form submission comes from a person. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device.
Hosting
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and guard it against abuse.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use the site. It uses cookies to measure things like the pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Embedded content
Two of our project pages, Indian Head and Wascana Greens, include embedded Instagram posts. When those posts load, Instagram (Meta) may collect information under its own policies.
Links to other sites
Our site links to the Gillam Construction pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control how they handle your information.
Questions about privacy
If you have a question about this policy or about information you have sent us, email [email protected] or call (306) 450-8955.
Changes to this policy
If our website changes in a way that affects the information described here, we will update this page.
